Case Management

MRG establishes case management standards of quality that are ethical and goal-directed. The case management process provides identification and coordination of proactive member outcomes.

Case management provides an opportunity for members, physicians, physician service industry members, and case managers to work collaboratively in engaging the member as an active participant while aiding physicians in slowing the progression of the members disease process. Flexibility is paramount in meeting the members' needs, no matter how large or small the demand.

Active case management will enable members' to progress to the highest level of wellness and will reduce medical costs by lowering the number of Emergency Room visits and hospitalizations through program goals.
